Long ago, in a galaxy far, far away (the Bronx, NY), our founder Jennifer was born into an Italian immigrant and Scottish-English-descendant family. Just when she was about to get her Sopranos vibe on in Port Washington, Long Island, her parents packed 11 suitcases and moved west to San Diego, California.
From those early experiences—along with time spent as an exchange student in Oaxaca, Mexico, university years in Lugano, Switzerland, and academic accolades in Denver, Colorado—Jennifer’s journey is one rich in story, language, and a lifelong curiosity for culture and connection.
Today, she thrives as a global citizen based in Beverly Hills and Valencia, Spain with her family. As the supporting founder of the Emerald Library™—Spain’s largest English-language children’s library—she remains deeply passionate about books, writing, photography, Scrabble™, travel, and unapologetically singing musicals to anyone who will listen (or feign enthusiasm).
And how is any of this relevant, you may ask? Because these experiences are more than anecdotes—they’re the foundation of Jennifer’s superpower: connecting with anyone, anywhere, and helping them communicate who they are and what they stand for with clarity, strategy, and soul.
For 20 years, Jennifer has worked across EMEA and North America, helping civic leaders, global enterprises, and visionary founders transform how they show up, lead, and grow. As Vice President of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, she supported thousands of businesses—and as a faculty member with Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, she taught hundreds of CEOs how to scale with purpose. Her work bridges brand clarity, digital innovation, and strategic growth.
